OEC Action Fund Applauds Election of 70 Endorsed Candidates & Ballot Initiatives
Columbus, Ohio — Ohio voters elected 66 Ohio Environmental Council (OEC) Action Fund-endorsed climate champions and approved four important OEC Action Fund-endorsed ballot initiatives in the November 2025 General Election.
“This election cycle was a resounding affirmation of Ohioans’ commitment to environmental progress and community well-being,” said Pete Bucher, Executive Director of the OEC Action Fund. “With 66 of our endorsed candidates elected and four ballot initiatives passed, we are seeing progress for clean air, safe water, and healthy public lands. These victories reflect the strength of our movement and the dedication of voters who believe in a more sustainable, healthy Ohio.”
