Testimony Before Columbus City Council – Energy Aggregation

Columbus City Council is considering modifications to its contract with AEP Energy and Trebel Energy to govern the aggregation program. The OEC Action Fund presented recommendations to achieve the Climate Action Plan put in place for the City of Columbus.
