Testimony Before Columbus City Council – Hill Farm II Rezoning

The OEC Action Fund respectfully requests that Council table any consideration of the Hill Farm II project, including this rezoning proposal, the associated developer agreement item, and the proposed sewer tap policy at least until: (1)the State of Ohio has finalized its water quality impact modeling for the Darby; and, (2) the recently initiated Darby Accord update process is finalized.
