Columbus, OH — Today, the Ohio Environmental Council (OEC) Action Fund PAC announced its endorsement of Amy Cox (D) in the race for Ohio House District 43.
“Amy’s science background frames her understanding of how human health is related to the environment in which we live, work and play. She believes that the health of the environment is critical to our health and the health of future generations,” said Heather Taylor-Miesle, President of the OEC Action Fund. “She will be a strong advocate for environmental policies that protect our air, land and water. We are proud to endorse Amy Cox in the race for Ohio House District 43.”
“I am honored to be endorsed by the OEC Action Fund PAC,” said Cox. “As a science educator, it is important to me that we protect our most valuable asset, our environment, so that we can insure the health of our communities, our people and our future generations. We are only as healthy and thriving as our environment.”
